Es de vida o muerte, es urgente ya que nos salgamos de absurdos acuerdos internacionales, hay que lograr hacer legal la muerte como castigo dentro de leyes justas , ya que hay casos donde ese el único castigo que se merecen los delincuentes, si se opone el Papa no importa
Rechazo la pena capital por razones tanto filosóficas y morales como por razones prácticas y legales. Habiendo sufrido la pérdida de mi hermano menor a manos de un criminal tuve que enfrentar la posibilidad de que a sus asesinos se le impusiera la pena de muerte. Siento que esa situación por la cual pasó mi familia me da la fuerza moral para expresar mi oposición a esa pena. La justicia no puede equivaler al castigo y la venganza pues tiene que dar paso al arrepentimiento y a la rehabilitación.
